I have 2 first-hand instances.
1) GC has a '12 CCSB 6.7. I think it's '12. Has the 6.7 logo and current style grill on it. He just gave it to one of his workers and purchased a brand new '16. I asked him if he ever had issues with it since I was looking to purchase one and he must like it if he just got a 16. He said he's really only had one issue..which was the fuel system. He said that the pump failed and Ford would not cover damages. They claimed he put DEF in the fuel tank which ruined it and would not cover it under warranty. He said he doesn't remember doing that but maybe he did. He paid it, but obviously that didn't deter him from getting another and boosting their product to me as the "best truck ever".
2) One of my dads friends also had an early model 6.7. But this one was losing oil. Ford couldn't figure it out. Wasn't leaking. They went as far as sealing up all the drain plugs so that they could make sure no tampering was done. The guy would let it run all day long to prove the point that it was disappearing. They would drain the oil and it would sure enough be short. They never figured out the problem to my knowledge. We have lost contact with him since this was going on but last we heard they were not doing anything since the engine was still running OK.
Beyond that, just search CP4 fuel pump failure online. Hell, there's even a support group on facebook when you google it. I will admit most of these appear to be on pre 2015 trucks, but doesn't mean Ford won't stick it to you if your 2015 has those issues.
