I have a new camper and It has a black flushing connection, never has a camper with this feature and now I was wondering what is the purpose of the black flush

That's where flexible tank wands shine. They get into locations where other wands won't go. You can normally get them for $15 or so off the shelf or just make one. You build it just like all the other DIY tank wands, but instead of using PVC pipe, you use something flexible like a stiff garden hose or PEX.
