It sounds like it is going to work out for you once you get used to some of the "issues" that you don't like. My wife was happy when I got her the inside toilet. LOL That is all she really demanded.
We have a large 34' Avion triple axle trailer and it was too big to go back to places where your pop up will go. Sometimes bigger isn't better.
