This is my Pyle monitor. Also pictured is a cool hood I found online. You can also see the black cup I use to fool the light sensor, keeping my lights on, thus powering the cameras. You can use black tape as well. Feeding the cable through the dash was done by removing the am/fm radio and the trim bezel. It's probably the most daunting part of the install. I have experience in the aftermarket radio business, plus I like to tear things apart so it wasn't so bad for me :-). I used large velcro pads to affix it to the dash. NO holes were drilled. I even used the same hole the light sensor was in since it's covered by the cup.
I kinda cheated with the RG-6 cable on the camper. I simply ran it underneath along the frame and came in behind my spare tire and through the bottom of the jutted out rear brake light housing. you can only see a couple inches of the cable from behind the camper. It worked great for my install but others could prove more difficult. Good luck!
