I'm looking to do the same, in an LED version (low current draw, so no chance of overloading the factory truck wiring. I had some on my previous truck and they worked great.
Here's a round or square version. According to posts I read on the Northwood / AF forum, they deal with Optronics now. Optronics has some smaller LED work lights I am going to see if www.ledtrailerlights.com can get for me.
