Yes, I have been involved in it for couple of years now. They have a pretty active Facebook page too. Unfortunately, I destroyed my GSA last month and will be a while before I get back up on the replacement GSA, arriving on the 22nd. The BDR has provided some great locations in the Mojave Desert and Colorado areas.
