If it's a pop up, that must be a heckuva angle leading into the garage. If Im understanding you correctly, the incline of your drive way is such that as the back end of the trailer is entering the garage, it's not clearing the garage door.
If that is what's happening, I would consider blocking the wheels and man handling it in, by lifting the trailer tongue so the back end of the trailer clears the garage, like MinnCamping is suggesting,
Getting it back out might be a challenge too. Be CAREFUL.
