Bad Slideout Squeel

I can't get my dealer to do anything to help with my slide out squeal issue. I've lubed it and lubed it and lubed it some more. I've adjusted it up, down, left, right and it just keeps on making horrible noise no matter what I do. The dealer just say it's normal and refuses to help. Please take a look at these videos I made and tell me if you think this is normal or if there's a problem. Thank you!

What I would do is crawl around under there and find every place where metal is rubbing on metal, and lube it with something like CRC with teflon. If there any rollers you can see, lube them too.

Then on every rubber seal, rub copious amounts of baby powder. Then run it in and out and report back.

I've crawled under the slide numerous times. I can't see any rollers. I've used lubes specifically made for slide outs, I've used teflon lube, I've used lube that isn't meant for slide outs. Nothing helps. I've lubed anything and everything including using the little straws to direct the spray lubes into areas normal spray can't get to. Short of tearing the entire underbelly off, I've lubed everywhere I can get to.

The seals and wipers are brand new this Spring. They are soft and supple and are not the problem. The old seals weren't either. I put the slide in and out when all the seals were off and the squeal was still present.

Normal? I don't think so. Is that a new unit?

It's a 2014 model that I bought new in November 2013 and I've had this issue since it was new but it has gotten worse each year.

When you say you lubed it does that include the rubber gaskets around the slide? Top, sides and probably across the bottom?

If you're referring to the bulb seals and wipers, no they are not lubed. They do get an annual rubber conditioner treatment that doesn't eat away at the rubber

Of course that's not normal, anything but! Seems to me you need a new dealer. :R
