Bal/Norco frame weight distribution question

Last year I was looking into the BAL frames and I seem to recall reading on the Lance forum that if you use a WDH with too heavy spring bars, it can damage the frame. IIRC, but I could be wrong, I think heavy spring bars may exert too much torque onto the frame and the huck bolts can be loosened or affected? Again IIRC, it's when bars are over 1000 lbs that there may be a concern.

I'd call Bal/Norco. I actually called them last year with another question on their frame and found them very helpful.

I guess you could also try the Lance forum and see what you can find.
