Is it a full frame in the front or a C channel? My aerolite has a C Channel but has a plate added to the inside which is spot wielded occasionally. The set screw on the snap up bracket pushes on the plate which I think is pushing that panel in. I'm looking at possibly adding a screw to the outside to the snap bracket as noted in the instructions for my hitch.
