Bantam Trail Lite B21b

I have a 2000 Bantam Trail Lite B21 RV and was wondering what everyone uses to clean the canvas on the fold outs. I have some rust spots on the interior of the foldouts, from some water getting in over the winters. I have had this camper since 2000 and its probably on it's last legs, just wondering what would be the best route to go about cleaning, or at least making some of these spots less noticeable.

Thanks!
  • I have a 2001 bantam b19 I used woolite , a cloth and a soft brush to clean the canvas and sprayed 303 Fabric Guard (buy on amazon) on after for waterproofing. Just make sure you dont get it on the colored panel on the outside of the canvas. That is vinyl and the 303 will stain it...
  • Is this real canvas, or vinyl covered canvas?

If it's real canvas there is not much you can do with the spots unless they are mold spots. When we had a pop-up I used a little bleach in hot water followed by a healthy dose of plain water. Let dry, spray waterproofing on the area.

If it's vinyl covered canvas like mine, use a bit of OxyClean in hot water with a soft scrub brush.
