Might be true. Pickup had security company signing on it. Tool box and ladder indicated to me they might be installers.

I buy new vehicles, but still check the spare myself right away, to ensure proper psi, and to understand/examine the supplied tools to change.
On my truck, like you mentioned, the lug wrench would require a superman! The lug torque is supposed to be at 160.

They did mention calling cripple A, but did not know if company would reimburse.
(Every time somebody working for me called about a flat, I called the tire service I bought tires from. Truck down, chance of injured driver cost less than service call.)
But I wonder if it would not be a good idea for the people that depend on a phone to change their tire hire a neighborhood kid, go thru manual and make sure they know how it should be done. That knowledge might prevent damage to your ride when the guy in McDonalds uniform shows up to change your tire.
