Neither the 13.5v from the automotive charger or the 13v from the camper charger are true readings , they are both reflecting surface charge from charging . You have to wait more than several hours after charging to take a reading . A 12v battery at 100 per cent SOC will only read about 12.7v at 75F , if it is colder it will be less than 12.7v . The automotive charger may or may not do better depending on the specs for that particular charger and the one in the TC , neither of which is known at this point .
