Battery replacement
Thinking about changing my 3 year old battery before the season starts should you buy a deep cycle battery like boats use since it is recharged all the time or any good battery ok?

Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) batteries are very good as long as you don't discharge them below 10V. Most automatic chargers will not recover an AGM below 10 volts. The way to recover them is to fool the charger by hooking a good normal battery in parallel with the dead AGM for a short amount of time until the AGM gets above 10.5V.
