When you get that meter.........
With 120V AC power hooked up......disconnect battery cable (+) and read converter DC output. Should be at least 13.2V DC. IF lower then converter is bad.
Batteries not being properly recharged so they could now be bad.
Take them out...take to auto parts store and have them load tested.
