Sure, I'd pull it 20 miles. No worries. 4 rules when packing bearings,
1Never spin a dry bearing, they can shatter like glass
2Look up packing on the internet
3Use a good wheel grease as it is thicker and will withstand higher temps and loads.
4Righten the wheel nut until the wheel starts getting hard to turn and back it off until you can get a new cotter key in the hole.
Advance Auto will loan tools to remove nad replace bearings
