The axles are 4400# made by lippert. They do have a grease zerk for adding grease. I have never added any grease so I am not sure if the dealer did it before I got them. On my first couple of trips on the drivers side wheels I had what looked like oil spinning out of the hub int the rims. I cleaned it several times and eventually it went away. It was shortly after that I noticed the driver side hubs were much hotter than the passenger side. The bearing I replaced I also did the race as it was quite worn. The grease inside the hubs was all one color. There was so much grease that when I put the hubs in the bench it was almost running out on its own. It also seemed a bit oily. The seals were completely full of grease. Luckily no grease got out of the seals. It seems to me that the hubs were over greased and over tightened. I bought this unit last May and this is my first bearing maintenance on it. It is a Coleman 314bhs. The axle stickers say 4400# which lippert down not list in any documents I found. After comparing the parts I have to the lippert documents it looks like the parts are the same as the 5200lb axle.
