Interesting. Sign of blown seals. We had that happen on our first TT, a Coachmen (now on 3rd TT). We had black stuff seeping out radially from the center of the wheel not long after we bought it new. The brakes had major issues working and would grab and judder a lot. Dealer kept saying it was the brake controller. Bought a new top of the line BC and no difference. Took the dealer a few year before they reluctantly agreed to take the brakes all apart. Turned out to be blown seals. They rebuilt everything under warrant fortunately but took a lot of persistence and arguing.
