Cold snap in Florida for 2 days....I found out REAL quick just how hard it is to keep an RV warm. I wouldn't even attempt to do it in winter in NY.
First of all you would have to ask the CG if you would be ALLOWED to do all what you propose to your TT. Most will not let you. And second of all none of it is going to work anyway to keep you warm/safe.
Rent a mobile home in a park is another idea. At least you would have a chance of survival.
