Before you buy an Evergreen Everlite Travel Trailer

I agree about the 1st time buyer comment. But the OP's huge list of problems is not really indicative of an individual trailer. I could see all those issues spread out over half a dozen trailers. I've bought 3 trailers so far and all 3 combined had nowhere near the problems the OP has.
Some of the issues are things that should've been caught before even deciding to buy it. But that comes with the newbie territory.
I really hope that this is the 1st trailer purchase for the OP. Live and learn I guess.
