2 years ago we bought a Lance 1645. Plenty of room for us and our 2 dogs. Has everything you stated and is based in Calif so you should be able to find a dealer or go to the showroom. Good quality and good warranty. We ordered ours to our own specs as we didn't want TV and oven. Put in a cabinet instead of the oven. Good luck!
