I've personally been inside some really nice ones listed at about $43K & realize the out the door price will be less, so that probably a good ball park.
Once I sell all my toys that are taking up the space this will be store at my home I should have a big downpayment that will help keep my monthly payment low.
When it comes to that is there a thread that discusses financing in the Forum?
Because I would love to pay it off much sooner than the original finance plan if I could without a penalty fee for doing so.
