It's actually almost 26' not 22'. Nice layout with lots of kitchen counter space.
No where to sit except the dinette. I would sit on it for 20 mins and see if you sink to the bottom. Most dinettes are uncomfortable for long periods of time.
We like to hangout outside most of the time but there's times when we are inside most the day. Only having a dinette to sit at would be a deal breaker.
Myself I would yank that booth dinette out and put a nice recliner sofa in.
Just use some tv trays for eating.
