OEM, Wagner, EBC, etc are all good. I have used them all. You need a fluid flush with DOT 4 during the brake inspection or replacement.
And do not ride your brakes downhill to hold a steady speed. Always brake moderately firm to reduce speed 15 to 25 mph and then let it coast back up. This allows all drums and rotors to absorb a proportional share of the heat. Riding the brakes will tend to overheat the front axle of the truck.
