If that park water supply spigot is community property and not an on-site tap then sure there is ... it's inconsiderate. :R I've done this rarely and only if the tap was right in front of our site and only because I connected to it with a quick disconnect fitting so if someone else came along wanting water I could instantly disconnect to allow them to do so.

so anybody wanting to use the spigot will have to remove your disconnect fitting to hook their hose up. nice I think If I had to remove it I might accidentally drop it.

I'm talking about someone wanting to fill a bucket so why can't they use the tap? If they're looking for a few gallons of water I'm quite happy to quick disconnect my hose rather than have them wait 'til I'm done filling my trailer's 30 gal tank but if you come along wanting to hook up your hose just as I've done you can wait your turn, just as I might have had to wait for someone else before me. What makes you so special? ... Doh. :S
