You're going about this in a roundabout way. You love the truck, but you want better seats. So keep the truck and put better, more comfortable seats in it!
Some research shows that bad posture when seated is the primary cause of back pain. Modifying the seat could alleviate this.
Googling your home zip code I find 50 automotive re-upholstery shops.Use of materials such as Memory foam, gel foams, dual density foam, air foam, adjustable air, zero gravity etc.
A good upholstery shop specializing in these things can build you a custom seat cushion for your truck seat. Maybe with the help of a Chiropractor or spine specialist. Cheaper than buying a new truck! ;)
