I almost bought a couple of those $2500 each seats for the F250 a couple of years ago after some surgeries on the tail end. Ford seats put a little pressure on the tail bone. Dodge seats are much more comfortable to us. Decided I'll just go back to another Ram next time.
I had a 93 F350 once that was the most comfy truck I've ever sit it. It had the captains chair in it with cloth.
