From your links, it looks like you've got the NovaKool DC/AC fridge ?
Checking the supplier data, the fridge-only NovaKool draws 2.2 amps (with non modified factory-set compressor speed resistance); the fridge/freezer model draws about 4.5 amps.
Have you run your fridge on battery-only in 85F+ temps? Have you run your fridge on truck-to-camper plug-in charge mode for very long periods (ie. driving 8+ hours) ?
NovaKool AC/DC, 7.5cuft, ours draws 4.7A.
Highest temps were 95F day - 70F night and that was last May near Escalante. Most of the time on the desert in the spring ,day/night temps were lower. Our fridge is run by batteries 24/7 unless on generator, or shore power which is almost never.
When we drive, it is for long periods at a time, 14 hours is not uncommon and TC is always hooked up to truck unless we are staying in a spot for awhile and then the TC is dropped and on its own.
