Follow up: I got an email from eTrailer last night indicating the tiedowns would be shipped directly from the distributor to my home. That's much better than 5-7 days to their location and then shipped to my home. I have been buying stuff from eTrailer for many years and I have never gotten anything less than great service from them. I also appreciate all the RV related instructional videos they put online for free. I've learned a lot from those video, like how to install a toad wiring harness on our JK Jeep.
