The Jayco Hummgbird style trailer they talking about pulling only weighs about 3,000 lbs dry and has a dry hitch weight of 375 lbs. The cargo capacity is not that much either. You can take some of that hitch weight off with a WDH. A Jeep Grand Cherokee Ecodiesel will be fine for this type of trailer even with a growing kid and two dogs.
