NO-not only those who have passed me. But my observations on all who are towing on the other side of the highway as well. It's not hard to observe speed.

At a closing speed of at least 120 mph, assuming he is running at 60 and the opposing vehicle is at a similar speed, on the other side of the highway, he can detect the difference between someone running 65 vs 70. You ought to apply for a job with your state police, they could stand to make quite a bit of money on speeding violations.
