After reading this entire post, I went out and checked the tire pressure on my TT. All 4 tires were down about 15 psi. I set them at 50 psi, which is stated on the sidewall as maximum cold tire pressure.
Congrats-You won't have any issues if you keep them under 65mph.
On another note-I have never seen anyone in a campground pull out a pressure gauge and check their tires before heading on to the Interstate. I am wondering if they are the same ones exceeding 65mph too?
That is akin to checking your tire pressure daily before going to work on your commuter vehicle.
Then I guess your TT tires must be immune to getting something in the rubber and having a leak develop...... you usually don't have too worry about a tire taking out the whole side of your tow or passenger car...generally speaking. I AM NOT KIDDING!
