That, Sir, is a stupid question that can't be answered by a reasonably intelligent person, of whom CK is evidently one. Without specifics, you might as well ask if a lawnmower tire is "inferior to" one designed for a wheelbarrow.
If you have a specific question related to a comparison of specific tires, please do ask.
The question doesn't even matter when the manufacturer doesn't recommend them (Vanco) for trailer use in the United States!
