You will never convince those who haven't had problems with ST tires that there is anything wrong with them. Even some of those with problems take a few repetitions before they understand the problem.
When they get tired of changing tires on the side of the road and repairing damage to their RV, the lite finally turns on for many. Then there are those who steadfastly refuse to believe that the manufacturer simply installed the cheapest tire combination they could get on contract. Those people will never really understand.
All that can be done is explain the options and let folks make a decision for themselves. They are the ones who will have to live with their choices. Reality is that in most cases more expensive tires are in actuality less expensive in the long run. Cheap tires need to be changed over a shorter period of time and will ultimately cost more. The additional repair costs from cheap tire failures only adds to that expense.
It's your choice, live with it as I'm sure many of you already have!
