My experience as well. I have a 2009 F250. It was my first heavy duty truck, and the ride was rough, even at 14,000 miles on the OEM shocks. I just put on the Bilstein 4600 shocks, and boy what a difference! You will never forget you are driving a 3/4 ton, but the before and after comparison really shows you how much nicer the ride is with the new shocks. Don't wait until your OEM shocks are worn out. Switch them out as soon as you can.
The OEM Rancheros on my 2011 F250 were shot after 17k miles. I put Biltein 5100's and it fixed my wheel hop issues, but these trucks still ride rough (as I like it).
Have Bilstein 4600's on my F150, and previous E350 class C.
