Best and easiest to use may not be one in the same.
I have not used them but by all accounts the Hensley and Propride are considered the best at eliminating sway. Not sure if they are the easiest to use have read some accounts that would lead me to believe that they may not be. They also come with a very steep price tag.
The Anderson is another one I have not used. It is a newer and completely different design. Reviews are somewhat mixed from what I have seen. Very good for smaller, lighter trailers. Longer and heavier trailers are where the reviews become a little more mixed.
Equalizer is very popular and gets consistantly good reviews. Seems to be fairly easy to use. Noise is a complaint by some users.
Reese dual cam is another that receives good reviews. Setting it up initially might be a little more difficult but after that it ease of use seems to be pretty good.
The standard weight distribution with friction sway control is in my opinion no more difficult than any to use. If sized properly for the application it works well.
The one that has not been mentioned yet is the Blue Ox Sway Pro. Again I have no experience with it however I think I would put it on my short list. From what I have seen it is easy to use. Does not require you to unhook anything to back up into tight spaces. I know you said money is no object however it's price is considerably less than the Hensley or Propride. Price is more in line with all of the others mentioned here.
