Probably some sort of mold or slime mold. It should be possible to remove it by removing the drain valve from your trailer and flushing it thoroughly then sanitize the system after putting the drain back in the tank. Make it a HABIT of sanitizing the entire system several time a year. Sanitizing is something that MANY RVers neglect, believing that if they don't often USE the FW tank it is not necessary but even when connected to CITY water, you're using the same lines.
