The plate is registered to your truck, not your camper.
Its just like putting your plate on another vehicle.
However, in states where a camper is not required to have a license plate, common sense says, IF you cannot see your truck's license plate with the camper on the truck, then you should relocate it to the rear of the camper or another location where it can be seen more clearly.
