That makes no sense. How many states have you seen that issue registration stickers for both plates? Maybe back in the olden days when the DMV sent you new plates every year with the year stamped or printed on the plate.
I'm sure the law has been in place for a long time.
I just know that here in Utah they require front and rear plates be mounted to the assigned vehicle.
Same with WA.
Interesting in the NH thing. Have lived/traveled through alot of states (not NH yet, obviously) and haven't seen front stickers anywhere I can recall.
