All dealers have costs and fees, I am surprised the sales person would brag about them unless they are lower than average.
What those costs are is immaterial, because every dealer has a selling price they will not go below. The minimum price usually depends on the dealers overhead and profit margin. Both are usually a function of location.
Some dealers can and do operate in areas which will support a higher sales price other need to stay lean and mean.
