Reddog1's had a bit of a bulge which was caused by a delam of the inside insulating foam.

I don't think it is a result of foam/fiberglass delam. I think it is the result of the overhang. I can reduce the bulge by lifting the TC with the Jacks. I also believe the 1500 series 11.5 foot TC was discontinued due to the bulge. The 1500 series Bigfoot does not have a basement, which helps support a overhang.
