Bilstein no longer offers truck camper specific 4600s.
They will revalve a stock shock to your specifications, but the cost gets high really quickly.
Their warranty does cover loss of damping. I'd call them up to discuss the warranty and see if they'll just let you pay for revalving the new ones to match the weight and spring rate of your rig. You'd still come out ahead of buying new, stock valved shocks, and you'd have the damping rate you want.
