Answer - about $5,500. Included the removal and reinstallation of all of the above mentioned items and associated wiring & plumbing, removal of the rotted floor, replacement with new subfloor, new vinyl flooring (entire trailer, not just the afflicted area), extensive caulking in the bathroom (all seams & fixtures) and along the joint of the galley and floor, extensive caulking at roof (front & rear caps), exterior lighting fixtures and exterior appliance fittings and utility fixtures. All systems (gas, water & electric) powered up/pressurized and tested before delivery. The pattern in the flooring is ram-rod straight with respect to the galley & dinette. A new power supply is not included in that figure
To some, this may be an exorbitant amount of money to spend on a 13-year-old coach BUT with a son in college, a new trailer was totally out of the question. DW has a strong attachment to this TT as well, I guess because our kids "grew up" in it. Since underframe, running gear, walls roof and interior are all in top condition, I got essentially a new trailer for that money. My only concern now is appliances, some of which may be nearing the end of their useful life.
