Here's what I use and it works great. Not sure who the manufacturer is. It has a nice ball valve to shut of the water.

The screw-off brass head came with a spray jet that was too big and didn't have enough "Umph". So I filled the tip with JB weld and used a thin saw to re-open the tip for the forward/downward jet. Then I drilled holes in the sides of the cap.

The result is that I get a very very strong downward blast of water and six side jets of water. After I've "dumped my load", I hook this wand up to the water supply at the dump station and stick it down the toilet. After moving the wand around a bit and rotating it, there is not trace of dumplings left and I get a clean reading on my tank indicator.
