How do you unplug a black tank? Thank you, help

Unplug as in plugged pipe down by the dump valve or the dreaded pile of poop on the bottom of the tank? If down at the dump valve buy one of the clear back flush elbows and try to blow the blockage out with a water hose. If the pile of poop on the bottom dump a couple of bags of ice down the toilet and then drive it around for 20 miles or so.
