A S&B situation: The other day my wife and daughter wanted me to go with them for dinner to local restaurant. I was done for the day and didn't want to go. shortly after they left I was sitting in my chair enjoying the Olympics and heard water flowing....said to myself, "why is water flowing?? hmmm...water shouldn't be flowing...hmmm....better get off my butt and check it out. The downstairs 1/2 bath was flowing water, the water intake seal had blown and water was flowing out and raining into my basement. Only happened for less than 15 min. easy clean up, but what if I happened to be sociable that night and gone to restaurant with my wife and daughter? we would be having 2 hrs worth of water flowing from our 1st floor to our finished basement. I might never go out again :) Now I want to turn off the water whenever I leave the house!! S&B or trailer/RV problems happen no matter what your in!!
