Not all users of the forum are the gregarious sort. Some people are hesitant to give advice as they would feel terrible if something that worked for them caused more difficulty for another. Other just do not feel qualified enough to advise others.

There are also those of course who will advise anyone on anything. :W

It is really up to the reader to know their limits and apply commonsense to the suggestions.
