Good news and great find on the heads! I take it the guy doing the repairs thought the lower end was all good? Don't remember how many miles you have on the truck but the lower end should last to 500K if you are beating on them and I'm 100% sure you don't do that. So you should be good well past that.

Being the original owner and knowing the truck you more than likely made the right choice.
