blistering or bubbling under front fiberglass?
Looking to buy 26' keystone tt that has front hard blistering or bubbles on front. Is this a major concern and what causes this problem?

It's MORE than a major concern It's called de-lamination caused by water intrusion or glue failure. Either way, it will get worse and is a very expensive repair.
