I have a set of Lynx, tried them, and then went back to my wood blocks. I have 6 of them, about 18 inches long, cut from a timber out of an old barn. The wood is probably 150 years old or more. They are a true 4 inch x 6 inch block, now cut to 18 inches long. Although heavy, I've not found anything better or more stable than these on any ground surface ... gravel, dirt, asphalt, or concrete!
I carry the Lynx pads, but honestly, they work better under the picnic table to help level it out! For strength, support, and weight ... I'll take the wood blocks over anything else. I'll never part with them. I've painted them different colors over the years. This was last winter, look close you can see them under the corners of the camper:

This is our previous trailer. I had just painted them. Strong, steady, secure on any surface.
